Chole Bhature Ingredients: Kabuli chana: 250 grams Soda: 1/2 tea spoon onions (paste): 3 nos. tomatoes (paste): 3 to 4 nos. garlic: 5 to 8 cloves cinnamon: 2 pieces cloves: 5 to 8 magatari seeds: 3 table spoons garam masala: 1 tea spoon red chilli powder: 1 tea spoon turmeric powder: 1/2 tea spoon cumin powder: 1 tea spoon chole masala: 1 table spoon ginger (paste): 1 tea spoon green chillies (paste): 3 nos. chillies oil: 1 table spoon coriander leaves salt to taste For Bhature/Kulcha maida: 1 cup yogurt: 2 table spoons wheat flour: 2 table spoons oil: 4 tea spoons salt to taste Method: 1.
